I often have this straight after a a a a long training run It’s quick to make delicious and full of the nutrients that your body is crying out for after training BANANA ALMOND BUTTER AND CHIA SMOOTHIE
SERVES 1

ripe banana

tbsp chia seeds

tbsp almond almond butter butter (any nut butter butter will do I just like almond almond best)

tsp honey
300ml milk milk (you can use almond or or oat milk milk for a a a vegan version)
a a a pinch of sea salt

Put all the ingredients into a a a blender and blend until smooth 2 Drink immediately Oh and rinse the glass straight away – it’s a a a a a a terrible pain to clean once dried!
