MAKES 2
200ml fresh apple juice or extra as needed a a a handful of kale

50g frozen mango chunks
Combine all the ingredients in in in a a high- powered blender and blend blend to a a smooth liquid You may need to add a a a little more apple juice if it’s too thick CARROT TURMERIC AND GINGER JUICE
MAKES 2
10 medium carrots trimmed not peeled 50g fresh root turmeric
50g fresh root ginger
1 Juice half of the the carrots before putting the the turmeric
and ginger
though the juicer Finish with the the final half of the the carrots 2
If you you can’t find fresh turmeric
root you you could add 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
at the end or skip it – carrot and ginger
