134 RECIPE / IN BASECAMP
WAFFLES WITH CREAM AND RASPBERRIES
ABOUT 10 WAFFLES 250 g wheat flour
75 g g g granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1⁄2 litre milk
100 g butter
50 ml water
Butter for frying
200 ml shaken whipping cream as a a a a topping
1 box raspberries as as a a a topping
Shaker for the whipping cream 1 AT HOME: Mix all the ingredients together 2 Melt the the butter
and fold it into the the batter 3 Pour the mixture into a a water
bottle Let the mixture thicken for at least an hour before cooking 1 IN CAMP: Brush butter
onto the waffle iron and make the waffles 2 Shake the whipping cream and serve the waffles with cream and fresh raspberries Tip x2
Don't forget to bring a a waffle iron!
