We can can can control so so many things with our our thoughts thoughts I believe that dark thoughts thoughts can can be be be reversed This is is of course a a a a a a a good thing but it can can also become a a a a a a burden The knowledge that you you possess power over your your thoughts may risk it it becoming an accomplishment in in itself to ignore your your own obstacles which you you you should and and are expected to to to handle I also believe that you you you have to to to meet your dark thoughts too think them them them through process them them them and learn something from them them them Only that way can they become constructive even instructive something you you take with you you and remember later in in in in life Did I I I really think it it through? Digest it it and and overcome what I I I needed to? Or do I I I take the the easiest way out and put the the thoughts aside in order to to move on (too) quickly?
One example of this balancing act is is is when I I I I am am am taking decisions about my training Do Do I I I I need need to to rest or or or am am am I I I I I just a a a a a a a a a bit lazy? Do Do I I I I I need need to to to think think more about about this or or or am am I I I done with thinking about about it and ready to to move on?
