area, blob lip, rear handle, lower varying salt glaze. Shoulder boldly impressed FORDER & CHANNEL/ SOUTHAMPTON. Couple base chips but an unusual small quart capacity. 8/10. NR. £30- 40+

108. ROYS ALLOA BEST INDIA PALFITTE. 8.8ins tall. Straight sided, curved shoulders, long neck, wide string rim, off white glaze (minor firing blemishes). Two horizontal impressed lines of lettering across shoulder, large oval bordered p.m. STEPHEN GREEN/ GLASS LINE INSIDE/ LAMBETH, c. 1840-60 near the base. A particularly fine example of an early Pale Ale/ Porter type bottle. Exc/ A1. 9.8/10. NR. £120- 150+
8.3ins tall, std shape, runny overall glaze - lower mid cream, top varying mid to dark brown. Circular slab impressed W WRANGHAMS/ TRADE MARK (5 impressed diamonds), Shoulder impressed CRYSTAL BREWERY/ MALTON. Pin head lip glaze flake, generally very good/ unusual & rare. 8.5/10. NR. £30-40+

T.t. salt glaze loving cup - two greyhound shaped handles, sprigs fill one side, to front three impressed lines of writing RICHARD DAVIS/ PURE MINERAL WATERS/ 20 MADDOX STREET W, sprigs below.
