We will vet and select the right lawyer to represent you. We will help your lawyer to aggressively pursue litigation strategies and therapeutic interventions that are logical and economical. We will negotiate the retainer you pay to your lawyer. In most negotiations, your initial retain- er fee will be waived or reduced. Legal fees can frequently be recovered from an opposing party, and our litigation support services are valuable in assisting your lawyer to collect your reimbursable legal expenses. We will review motions and letters drafted by your lawyer, suggest editing revisions when requested to do so, and ensure that your case is properly presented to opposing counsel and to the court.
