Knowing these numbers will give you the competitive advantage and allow you to beat out competing authors in your niche.
• Set up your Auto campaign, the low hanging fruit. If nothing else, this campaign takes 5 minutes to set up and allows you to, at the very least, have Amazon working for you to find ideal readers. Get that first win.
• Then, once you’re comfortable with setting up your first campaign, utilize the rest of the arrows in your quiver (Exact, ASIN, CAT).
• After 30-60 days, adjust your bidding strategies based on your conversion rates and identify keywords to negatively target.
Every day, look at ways you can improve your book funnel. Ask your- self: “How can I get more clicks to become readers?” “How can I get more readers to become leads?” “What else can I put in this book to get the reader to want to reach out and engage further?”
All of these questions stem from the original math equation in Section 1, and increasing the amount of clicks that become readers and readers who become leads.
The stronger the book funnel, the higher the ROI per click, and the better the chances that you can beat out your competitors.
