POST CONVENTION FEEDBACK

The whole event went off very well, much better than we expected in general.
Particularly, the food was very good.In fact it was excellent, plentiful and had variety.

The items in the program were interesting, not boring, and ran on time. The Business
Forum was well attended and interesting. The question and answer session in
particular was very good. Enjoyed very much listening to the speeches by Poojya

Swamyjis (both of them). Also enjoyed our field trip to the proposed temple site in
general and our participation in the Pooja performed by our Swamiji, in particular.

The Venue was excellent. The Hotel was clean; the hotel staff was kind, courteous
and exercised a lot of patience particularly when young children were running around,

out of control some times. Parking was very convenient and plentiful. I liked that
you had uniformed security personnel at the entrances to the event. Everyone was
surprised by how you managed to have unlimited Open Bar all 3 days.

You sent all attendees a Dress Code e-mail which made it very convenient. We

saw the effort put in by so many volunteers in pulling off this mega event. With the
experience we had at this Convention, we are seriously thinking of attending the
next one scheduled to be held in Detroit. Thanks for the opportunity to express my
opinion on our participation at the 16th VPA Convention.

We had a great time at the VPA convention. Everything, including maintaining

the schedule on time and the entertainment was excellent. Congratulations and

congratulations on conducting the 16th VPA convention so well. It is not an easy
task to plan, organize and execute a convention. You have put in incredible efforts

and you have set higher standards for future VPA conventions both in the U.S. and in
Karnataka. We are proud of your achievements toward celebrating the march of our
community.
