In providing acreage for the clubhouse expansion and patio space overlooking the golf course Plan A remodels four golf holes. It also relocates the pool directly south of the
clubhouse and shifts the maintenance facility to the existing pool area. Increased parking is also planned. This scheme allows for a new convenient short game practice
green occupies the space of the current practice facility. Plan A requires the lowest golf course
remodel costs, provides minimal disruption to the daily golf course play and maintains existing par. Approximately 7 yards is added following the improvement to these four holes.
