Screen Printing
Screen printing is the most cost-effective and long-lasting
print method. It involves ink being pressed through a mesh
stencil screen onto the fabric beneath it with one colour
being applied at a time using a different screen. This means
that a design with four colours will require four screens.
We use certified inks to screen print and can match to solid
coated Pantones. We also offer various ink effects, such as
glitter, metallic and neon.
CMYK Printing
CMYK printing is a type of screen printing based on the
combination of the 4 basic inks cyan, magenta, yellow
and black. In this method, four screens (CMYK) are used
to create a full colour print using tonal and simulated
processes.
This is a slightly more expensive method of printing, but
it achieves detailed images and vibrant colours.
