cleaned and do very light and basic maintenance issues
yourself unless your landlord has expressed that they wi .
One of the important cleaning maintenance is keeping the
dryer vent clear of lint. Dryer fires are a leading cause of
residential fires.

If you enter a shared rental situation carefu y consider the

other tenant’s reputation. Your reputation wi become tied to
theirs. Also consider a written agreement when sharing a
rental. Many rental disputes come from shared rentals. If you
are the primary renter, make sure that you are not dependant
on the other tenant’s rental payment, as you could end up
holding the short end of the stick if the relationship sours.
