3. Lateral side ladder frame

a. Identify and install ladder frame behind the
lateral column. The ladder frame may be
partially pre-assembled prior to shipping.
b. The frame at the back of the lateral
column is identifiable as it has an extra
bracket that holds the transformer at the

bottom.
c. Both frames attach to the back of both
columns using 6X T-Nut bolts
d. Once the frame is secured, install the
isolation transformer

The Isolation Transformer
weights about 70Kg. You
may need 2 people to
handle.

4. Install Isolation transformer

a. The transformer mounts at the back of the
lateral column on the bottom shelf of the
metal frame. Use 4X (M10x20) bolts with

nuts and flat washers
b. Again, the transformer weights about
70Kg, you will need a way to transport
and mount it.
c. Make sure the transformer is mounted
properly so that it does not interfere with
the movement of the lift motor up/down.

Check the position of the mounting
brackets.
d. Preferably, the primary power block on the transformer should be towards the outside (thick
cables 1U, 1V, 1W). Neutral only on the secondary side.
e. Proceed to Lateral side
