                                                                  An alarming detail has emerged in the crash of a KC-
                                                                  130 in Mississippi on Monday. The mishap was the
                                                                  deadliest in the United States since the crash of
                                                                  Colgan Air Flight 3407 eight years ago near Buffalo,
