MINUTES

“TAKING ACTION"

CALL TO ORDER The CFBPW Pre-Annual Conference Board of Directors Meeting was called to
order by President Bessie Hironimus at 9:00 am. The president was in the chair
and the secretary was present virtually.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America and
INSPIRATION Inspiration were moved to the Annual Conference opening.

WELCOME President Hironimus welcomed all participating in person and virtually.

INTRODUCTIONS The president presented the Executive Committee in attendance: President-
elect Maria DeSousa, Secretary, Katherine Winans, Parliamentarian, Past
National and CFBPW State President and CEF Treasurer, Sandy Thompson.

She announced Treasurer Lynn Wen excused.
She then presented Past State Presidents in attendance:
