Executive Committee’s Report

For the year ended 31 December 2023

The Executive Committee present their report and the Financial Statements for the year ended
31 December 2023.

Principal activity

The principal activities of the association are those of promoting equality of opportunity,
training, encouraging women to take an active role in public life and decision-making, and re-
search into an evaluation of changing work patterns nationally and internationally.

Federation Executive Committee (FEC)
All roles on the Committee are now aligned with our constitution guidelines. Members who
