By decision of the Executive Committee, the October 8th Board of Directors
          meeting will be held in a virtual format only. The Zoom invitation will be sent time-
          ly to all.   Please remember to cancel any reservations you may have made towards
          the previously announced hybrid meeting.  The Board meeting will include two im-
          portant training sessions presented by National Committee Chair Francesca Burack
          and our Past State President Barbara Davis.  It will also include presentations from
          various State Chairs in addition to the business at hand.

                    The Triennial Regional Conference will be held in St. Kitts on January 12th
          through the 14th.  Arrivals are scheduled starting Sunday January 8th, with sched-
          uled tours, dine-arounds, and other festivities which include a reception by the
          Governor General of St. Kitts and Nevis at the Government House.   There are many
          extras included in the activities during the Conference which promises to be a great
          vacation in addition to the business activities.

                    The Conference will be held at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort and Royal Beach
          Casino.  Room rates are US$169/room/night (single, double or triple) plus taxes.
          The Conference registration, until September 30, is US$450; October 1st-November
          30, US$500; December 1st-Jan. 14, US$600.  Gala Dinner only, US$100, daily regis-
          tration is US$175/day.  Companion registration for all parties, tours and Gala, is
          US$350.  The registration includes all sessions, welcome cocktail, tourism extrava-
          ganza, Gala dinner, and the various organized tours.


                    We hope to see many of you at the Board meeting, invite some guests to join
          us.   Also start preparations to attend the Regional Conference in the beautiful Car-
          ibbean!

                    Now is the time to finalize plans to celebrate National Business Women's
          Week.  We encourage you to use the third week in October to highlight our accom-
          plishments and to recognize outstanding women in your Club or in your community.
