Executive Committee’s Report
For the year ended 31 December 2022

The Executive Committee present their report and the financial statements for the year end-
ed 31 December 2022.

Principal activity

The principal activities of the association are those of promoting equality of opportunity,
training, encouraging women to take an active role in public life and decision-making, and re-
search into and evaluation of changing work patterns nationally and internationally.

Federation Executive Committee (FEC)
The committee completed its restructuring during 2022 with the introduction of the Vice Pres-
ident Advocacy role replacing Vice President Action and Personal Development. Other officers
were re-elected at the June 2022 Annual General Meeting to serve until March 2023 when
roles will be aligned with our constitution guidelines. The Treasurer role aligned with the ac-
counting timetable with re-election in December 2022. Members who served during the 2022
year are as stated below:
