ESUA GOLDSMITH
We are delighted to welcome British-Ghanaian feminist author, activist, campaigner, speaker, and
facilitator Esua Goldsmith to open the Rosa Summer Conference 2024 with a keynote speech:
Inspiring intergenerational insights across the women and girls’ sector
Esua specialises in race and gender equality and international development. She has worked for social
change and transformation in the not-for-profit sector for over 40 years and, in 2015, was awarded an
honorary doctorate by Leicester University for her lifetime’s work in women’s rights.
