Today, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals
rejected Trump’s attempt to overturn certification of Pennsylvania’s election results.
In a blistering 21-page opinion, the court said,
“Voters, not lawyers, choose the President.
Ballots, not briefs, decide elections.”
Opinion writer Judge Stephanos Bibas was appointed by Trump. The three-judge Republican panel was unanimous.
