b) Currently 27 in-house employees, not including partners. Post-covid, the company has begun to rebuild staff with the goal of returning to pre-pandemic levels.
c) URM currently operates one warehouse in Lexington, KY with the potential to utilize its distribution partner, TCG, for future needs.
d) URM believes streamlined, efficient communication is the key to success. Management and account managers are available 24/7 via cell phone and the cadence of calls will be determined by stakeholders.

a) URM has a wide range of in-house capabilities from hand painted artwork to graphic design to embroidery.

a) URM partners with Retail Information Systems (RIS) for website and technical expertise.

a) URM believes that planning and forecasting is one way for businesses
to mitigate risk. In all industries, supply chain risks are present, especially in the current post-pandemic environment. Through daily sales analysis and inventory balance review, URM works diligently with partners and suppliers to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
 2. Customer Service & Account Team
a) See page 18 for Bios.
b) URM finds that communication typically works best with one POC from each side.
c) Jimmy Dawahare will lead the URM team with a dedicated account manager to be assigned.
d) URM has a state-of-the-art ERP system that allows for robust reporting and can be generated daily on a number of key variables.
e) URM has invested in top quality production equipment and fulfillment that allows us to pivot in order to meet evolving needs. See page 14 for example of ability to “pivot”.
       8. Wholesale Partners
a) Yes, URM has a network of over 100 independent retailers who carry product on behalf of our clients.
b) URM has recently joined forces with TCG Continuum to market products on behalf of our clients.
