MACKENZIE DARNELL
E-Commerce
Mackenzie leads the marketing and e-commerce experience. She is responsible for executing retail marketing campaigns, analyzing consumer data and product marketing.
She also manages all social media efforts and stays on top of new trends in the agile and dynamic marketing world.
JOHN MORRIS
Resident Artist
With more than 40 years of experience in the retail world, John specializes in decorative hand painting of furniture, objects and interior surfaces. For 10 years he traveled the US, Europe and Asia doing product development for a major manufacturer and import company and adding to his artistic reportoire.
John’s great appreciation for classic art, interior decoration and architecture is apparent in his paintings.

JIMMY DAWAHARE
Founder
As President, Lindsey’s primary responsibility is to oversee and finalize the merchandise assortment planning for all URM clients, as well as to provide the creative impetus for all collections. Lindsey excels at managing client accounts and has spearheaded the Maker’s Mark and Breeders’ Cup accounts for URM.
Her customer relations skills and hands-on managements style are integral to the daily success of URM.
Jimmy Dawahare is a successful business executive who has spent his entire career building businesses and brands by following two core principles: understanding the emotional attachment that drives brand loyalty and staying attuned to the rapidly evolving technological environment.
Upper Right Marketing was founded in 2010 with those principles at its core. Its mission is to assist companies in their branding efforts through retail merchandise campaigns. Upper Right Marketing designs and operates e-commerce websites as well as brick and mortar company stores.
In 2006, Mr. Dawahare founded Alumni Hall Stores, a mall based fashion collegiate retailer. After opening 14 stores, in 9 states, in less than one year, Mr. Dawahare sold Alumni Hall.
A retail veteran of over twenty years, Mr. Dawahare began his career at May Co. - today’s Macy’s.

MITCH POOLE
Chief Logistics Officer
Mitch joined Upper Right Marketing as Chief Logistics Officer. Mitch has an extensive background with nearly 20 years of experience in operations and logistics.
Mitch oversees all daily operations, production and quality control.
RICK CANTRELL
Chief Financial Officer
Rick is a seasoned financial professional with a depth of experience that includes both operational and financial responsibilities. He joined the Upper Right Marketing team in as Chief Financial Officer after a 24-year career in the nonprofit industry and 10 years in manufacturing.
As the Chief Financial Officer, Rick is responsible for oversight of the company’s financial, reporting and administrative functions.
AMBER ZOELLNER
Lead Graphic + Visual Designer
Amber joined URM with 10+ years of experience in freelance design, educational illustration and screenprinting under her belt. She has a keen eye for detail and prides herself in being able to pick up any kind of stylistic quality a client or brand calls for and bring the idea to life.
Amber graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BFA in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2011.
