Product Breakdown

Once the appropriate research and testing was performed on

the device it was then time to to perform the breakdown of the

product. This would then enable the re-design to begin once

the internal componoents had been identi ed.

The internal components of the device consisted of:

• Thermostat

• Quadrack Converter

• Regulator

• Power Chord

• EC Heater

• Speedloader catridge

• TC sleeve

• Heat Block

• PG Switch

Following on From the breakdown and identifying the relevant

parts to carry through the Re-Design I could then create the

correct space envelope for the new device.
