UX TESTRESULTS
RATIONALE
To identify the problems with the selected handheld Packaging
product and pinpoint design opportunities for &Branding
potential improvements.
TESTINGMETHODOLOGY
A user experience survey was carried out to document Aesthetics
stakeholder engagement with the product as well as it’s and Styling
performance under selectcriteria.
Ten users were firstly asked to unbox the product, set it up,
and engage in using it’sfunctions.
Ergonomics
During this process users were asked to assess the product &Handling
under the given criteria which was documented using a
Likert scale of 1-5(1being the lowest, 5 being the highest).
Any additional comments made by users were also Usability
documented to solidify data collection and results.
ASSESSMENTCRITERIA
Product Packaging: Overall
How well the product was packaged, internally and User Rating
externally.
Product Aesthetics:
The styling and aesthetic form factor of the Satisfaction
product.
Rating (1-5) GOOD OKAY POOR Category 4
Ergonomics and handling:
How the product handles during use and the efficiency of
it’s functions.
Usability:
The degree to which the product can used to achieve its
purpose.
