IDEA 2 - PARK AND RIDE SYSTEM

This idea focuses on creating a park and ride system. SETU Carlow is considering for future purposes to do a similar system as in Belfast.

Therefore, trying to show how the Belfast system works, where two buses leave at the same time for university every few minutes, can be applied
in Carlow town for students to use. An example of how this would work could be by having three different users with different scenarios on how
to reach SETU, but all are going to use the park and ride system. These three users all park in the same area in central Carlow. Then they go
their different ways.
