Key Findings
For many older adults, buying online tickets can get difficult. They’d rather
buy them in ticket offices, or at least in vending machines.
Older adults prefer using their own car for moving around, and most of them
do national tourism over international tourism.
They can also have a hard time when there are sudden changes to their
habitual route, as most of the times the warnings are only released online.
Another common difficulty is getting over traffic jams and finding parking
spots.
Language can also be a barrier for traveling.
