Problem Statement
Trigger reach causes uncomfortable handling of the glue gun
Factors Contributing to the Problem
• The inner trigger mechanism of the product has included a glue stick
grip mechanism that required more range of motion to the mechanism in
order to work.
• The handle of the product is wide as compare with other existing glue
guns, therefore, required more grip range between the fingers and the
thumb valley point.
• The design of the trigger form make it hard to wrap the fingers around
and have a sturdy grip.
