Brushed brass

Equipment

The brushed brass replication is achieved through the Grey primer
application of golden spray paint on top of a textured surface. Gold gloss spray paint
This texture is created by painting with acrylic and a brush on Sand paper
top of the swatch. By leaving the stroke marks, a textured Paint brush
surface is generated. When painting with gold on top of this Ochre paint
surface, it will look like brushed brass. This technique may be Custom decal
Masking tape
used for replicating other metals, by using different colours.

Result

This material has an
emboss. To do it, a
vinyl decal was sticked
on the surface. Both
before and after
sticking the decal, the
surface must have
been sanded and
primed.
