Rotational moulding

1. Polymer powder is put into the mould

2. Both mould halves are sealed

3. The entire mechanism starts rotating on two
axis
4. The spinning mechanism is introduced into a
furnace

5. Once the plastic is formed, the mechanism
continues to spin while cooling

6. The rotation ends, then the moulds are opened

7. The finished product can be dismounted from
the moulds
