User journey
Along with the CAD design and
technical considerations of the
machine, a set of interfaces and
possible interactions is key.
The interaction has been designed
in a way that mistakes are as less
impactful as possible, by always
allowing the user to change
language and going back to
the previous step.
The user can either obtain a ticket
or recharge their metro card
(if they have one). When obtaining
a ticket, the user can search for
their destination by name or by
metro stop. The machine will find
the best route for the user, and
then print the directions if the
user wants to.
There is also a system of
suggested destinations more
oriented for tourism.
