The solution SHALL...

• The product shall be a ticket machine.

• The product shall fit in any metro station/stop in Valencia.

• The product shall improve the design and interface of Valencia metro ticket machines.

• The product shall include a screen with a size of at least 30 x 30 cm.

• The product shall have the ticket retrieving tray positioned at 80 cm high.

• The user shall identify the product as a ticket machine.

• The product shall have slots for coins, banknotes and credit cards.

• The product shall have a contactless payment panel.

• The interface shall be translated to Spanish, English, Valencian and Portuguese.

• The user shall be able to select the language of the interface.

• The product shall inform the user about the metro stops close to their destination.

• The product shall be able to print metro tickets.
