Research - Results
The survey got over 80 answers. The participants are all Spanish people within the age
range of 50 and 70 years.
Most of the questions allowed multiple answers, as well as scales of grading different
aspects of travelling. Therefore, a better perspective of their needs and struggles is
obtained.
Key findings
• 60.9% of the surveyed book their tickets in-person (via ticket offices and ticket
machines).
• 24% of the surveyed find difficulties to any degree when booking tickets online.
• 33.3% of the surveyed uses metro to travel, most of the times during vacations.
• 40.2% of the surveyed find difficulties to any degree when navigating big metro
stations.
