to completely fulfill the needs of older
adults.

Components

To develop this direction into a real
and viable product, a complete
overhaul must be applied to the
current ticket machine design. Both
the physical model and the interfaces
will receive a redesign, while

implementing new functions that are
not available in the current machines.
