Semantics:
Semantics is the study of meanings, how meaning can be communicated
through the interpretation of symbolic qualities, forms and the context of
their uses. This study focused on the way the iPod brand communicated
its unique value and personality through its visual, verbal and nonverbal
messaging through Colour, Form and Style as well as through visual and
cultural references.
Visual & Cultural References:
The materials such as stainless steel gave the impression of
