Important Your Energy Level
(Vibrational Frequency)
is to Your Health and
Well-Being?
Your body, including every organ and cell, has an energy level where it functions at its best. Your energy level is affected by influences that either raise or lower it.
When you choose influences that lower your energy level, these are some of the long-term results you can expect to experience:
• Ongoing negative thoughts that often lead to depression and deterioration of mental health
• Your immune system breaks down making you more susceptible to colds, flu, headaches or more serious illnesses
• You continue to experience high levels of stress
• You feel overwhelmed and out of control in your life
One of the first times I became aware of this in my own life was when I was unemployed, broke, and my common law husband left, forcing me to sell our acreage on my own. My life felt out of control.
Many negative thoughts and emotions at this time lowered my energy level. My stress increased, but I kept pushing myself. I ignored the stress and my ability to mentally focus decreased. I became accident prone.
One day a board that I was removing nails from came up and slapped me across my face. That was a wake-up call! I needed to make changes before something more serious happened to me.
On the Oprah Show I saw a simple technique of writing daily in a gratitude journal. I decided to start one. Even though the only thing I could find to write in it
was that I was grateful to be alive and breathing, I started to feel a little better. Before long, I was finding more things to be grateful for and my energy level increased.
I stopped pushing myself so hard and my stress level dropped. My mental focus returned and I started to feel happier.
In addition to gratitude, you can raise your energy level by having regular Reiki sessions, which helps your body deeply relax. Stress that is being held in your muscles
can be released. Your mind quiets thereby reducing anxiety and worry and it improves mental clarity. Being more relaxed, you sleep better which helps you
become more productive and better able to make good decisions. Because everything is energy, Reiki can be done remotely so you can
enjoy the same great benefits from the comfort of your own home.
