he body’s desire for human touch is designed to bring us toward another person. As research tells us the functioning of our immune system, the regulation of our hormones, our mental health all rely a great deal on human contact.
• Physical touch triggers the release of oxytocin that leads to feelings of compassion.
• Stress hormones are significantly reduced with regular touch.
• Hugging stimulates the development of white blood cells which helps fight infection. • People who receive regular hugs have fewer flu symptoms.
• Women who are hugged frequently have lower blood pressure.
So, what do you do when you are in the midst of transitioning through a pandemic, when the very thing you are biologically programmed to need is also what you are told not to do? Imagine what it would be like to be in the safety of your home where you feel seen
and heard through an online integrative healing session. To be guided through a journey as you gain an understanding of the fear and anxiety that you describe as
knotted up in your gut. Feeling supported, without judgement. And at the same time getting in touch, by placing your hands on your gut, connecting to how it
responds. Making sense of what that fear and anxiety in your gut is representing in your life. At the end of the session, understanding the message your body was communicating, feeling strong with calmness and certainty.
Many clients have stated, “I don’t know how to really explain what I just experienced in the session, but I sure like how I feel and understand more about
myself.” This journey of self awareness, getting to feel and know yourself, to be able to express yourself with confidence is a whole body, mind, emotion, and spiritual
connection. By integrating touch and talk together, you gain a quicker understanding at a deeper spiritual level. A place that many are not
familiar with.
That is why I was attracted to the Synergy Method and became
a Practitioner. My desire is to help you identify and overcome life events, that are manifesting themselves in actual physical and emotional ailments, so that you can confidently make logical
decisions as you transition through troubling times.
