 All newsletter submissions will need to be submitted through the member-clicks web-
site. The newsletter will be released quarterly, however, the release date might slightly
alter as needed, depending on the activities during each month. Please check the Weekly
Update for newsletter submission deadlines.
 Community Impact Days and special events will take priority.

 Each program/committee will be allowed a maximum of three articles per newsletter.
However, if no articles are submitted, we will replace it with others who have submitted
prior the deadline.
 Article information and pictures for the newsletter must have occurred no earlier than
the deadline for the previous newsletter issue deadline.

 Due to spacing, the Newsletter Committee reserves the right to edit submitted articles
