Sorors, thank you for your submissions to THE EGO Ivy
Informer. This is a bi-monthly newsletter. In order to ensure
our newsletter is on time, here are a few guidelines to
remember:

Please email your information to

egochapternewsletter@gmail.com

Article information and pictures for the newsletter must
have occurred no earlier than the deadline for the previous
newsletter issue deadline.

 In your submission email, please indicate what you are submitting for the newsletter.

 Only submit electronic photos. Please note, all photos may not be published.

 Photo submissions must include name/s of Sorors pictured on the photo.

 Please do not send information in a pdf format.

 Due to spacing, the Newsletter Committee reserves the right to edit submitted articles and
photos.

 Please do not send photos with frames or borders. Please do not send photos on a pic collage.

 Please do not wait until the deadline to submit your information and photos. The earlier the

better.

The 2016 deadlines are below:

*January 30th Issue – Deadline January 20th *September 30th Issue – Deadline

*March 30th Issue – Deadline March 20th September 20th

*May 30th Issue – Deadline May 20th *November 30th Issue – Deadline November

*July 30th Issue – Deadline July 20th 13th
