all seemed incredibly smart and getting to know them even though we were technically competitors. I also really liked being able to challenge my maths skills with questions that we wouldn’t usually encounter in our syllabus.’

Middle Year Competition in Munich:
At the time of printing our youngest team of six Y9 mathematicians, trained by Mr McCormick, are getting ready for the up- coming Middle Years event in Munich. We wish them good luck and follow the Sec- ondary Updates to see how they got on.
