Dr. Wilson founded the Women's & Diversity Center in Prescott. Diversity has been
central to her career as evidenced by the numerous initiatives she launched at various
institutions.
Educated in student affairs, Dr. Wilson seeks to create and promote learning
environments in which students of all backgrounds are able to connect, thrive, and
realize their dreams.

students while pursuing her doctorate at University of Northern Colorado
Founded the Women's Resource Center at University of Northern Colorado
Participates as an affliliate of the National Association of Diversity Officers in
Higher Education (NADOHE)
