The Tajiri Arts School and Museum Curriculum

The Tajiri Arts Board of Directors, instructors, and parents were superb! They were always very generous and expected excellence in

everything Tajiri produced. The students were receptive and exemplified their teachings in the communities in which they lived. Each
student represented themselves, their parents, their Tajiri Arts instructors, and their public-school teachers to the highest degree. In

fact, every school, when putting on an assembly program, made sure a Tajiri Arts student was included because our students always

performed beyond the norm. The Tajiri staff made sure of that!

Each staff member brought their own God-given gifts, their hearts, souls, honesty, trust, and a strong belief in bringing out the best

in every student that came to the Tajiri Arts home. It didn’t matter where that home might be, whether temporary or permanent.
Home may have been in a park, under a gazebo, or in a parent’s home. The Whitby family always created space in their home. The

Petty family rearranged their furniture for our dance sessions. The Flewellyn family allowed us to rehearse in their living room and on
their patio. From the outset until the Tajiri curtain was closed and the lights were turned off, our teamwork ethic was exceptional and

exemplary. The Tajiri Arts team always went above and beyond 100 percent. We always strived to give 200 percent. The entire Sanford

community was extremely proud of Tajiri, and our popularity extended throughout Seminole County, Central Florida, North
            Florida, and beyond.

The students who enrolled in Tajiri Arts gathered with their instructors for General Assembly before breaking out into their specific

classes. We all recited the Lord’s Prayer, our Foundation Scripture, the Tajiri Arts Philosophy, and the Tajiri Arts Motto.

During our twenty-year history, we instituted the following After-School Curriculum for Children:
