                                                                             Nasi lemak is served with peanuts
                                                                             with anchovies, boiled eggs, sweet
                                                                             chili sauce and some vegetables.



                                                   SATAY


         Satay is skewered meat either


  chicken, beef or lamb grilled over


    a charcoal flame.It is also served


                             with peanut sauce.





                                                                                RENDANG

                                                                                Rendang are the combination with a

                                                                                lot of spices , mixed with coconut


                                                                                milk to create a sauce that is used to


                                                                                simmer with the meat either chicken,

                                                                                beef or lamb.
