Ketupat is glutinous rice

and then wrapped into a
triangular or diamond
shape.
LEMANG
Lemang is made from glutinous
rice that is cooked with coconut
milk in hollowed bamboos that
is wrapped with banana leaves
to prevent the glutinous rice
from sticking to the bamboos.
