▪ Approved Annual Financial Plan of the
Library
The Project Procurement Management
Plan (PPMP) which was prepared by the library
was approved by the Campus Executive Officer.
This plan was prepared to identify the needs of
the office for the current year. This includes the
procurement of supplies, equipment, books,
journals, facilities and other improvements to be
made. Whenever a request is made, a copy of the
approved plan has to be attached to the request
to make sure that the request is included in the
procurement plan.
