Cyberbathlon IT-battle took place at the

Metalloobrabotka-2021 exhibition

On the final day of the international exhibition Metalloobrabotka-2021, Cyberbathlon IT-
battle which is a team tournament of specialists in the accelerated format was held at the
Expocentre Fairgrounds.
It was organized by the Association for Digital Innovations in Mechanical Engineering, the
RSPP Committee on Industrial Policy and Technical Regulation and Expocentre AO for students
and beginners with different skill levels in order to identify professional competencies in the
field of information security, design and programming in industrial informatics.
Participants were required to apply their skills in creating an idea for a product, service,
application. The IT-battle tournament consisted of two
main blocks: CTF - a computer security competition
and Hackathon - a developer competition, during which
specialists from different areas of software development
jointly solve HR-related problems. This is the provision
of tools for forming a comprehensive assessment of the
employer's brand, analyzing the strengths of employees,
collecting information about feedback, self-development
and adaptation of new employees.
The competent jury selected the winners in
three nominations: "Best presentation solution", "Best
technical solution" and "Fastest heads".
