WE ARE PERFORMERS!

The performing arts program at McKinley Middle is unparralleled. Class offerings

include Drama, Musical Theatre, Choir, Show Choir, Ballet, Dance, Strings, Band,

Guitar, and Piano. We also offer multiple sections of Talented Theatre and Music.

All Performing Arts classes pack the house multiple times a year in McKinley

Middle's state of the art Lynn Whitfield Theatre for Performing Arts as well as the

MMAM Black Box Theatre. In addition to on-campus performances, our mustang

actors, dancers, singers, and musicians take their show on the road at various

community events, showcases, competitions, and national festivals. When our

performers compete, they bring home honors! We boast national awards and

championships in Theatre, Dance, and Choir! McKinley Performing Arts instructors

are considered some of the best and have also been recognized nationally. Each

instructor also works professionally in their field throughout the community outside

of school in order to remain on the cutting edge of arts education. McKinley Middle

performances are not to be missed!!
