INFRASTUCTURE

Computer and Connectivity

The department is with a state-of-the-art computer laboratory, with 50

computers. The computers are installed with the latest software,
including statistical tools like SPSS, TORA, Mintab, and Open Stat. Student are

welcomed to use the computers for their academics and majority use their laptops.

In addition to the laboratory at the department, students have access to

the University computer centre. The University Computing centre has 100

computers with high speed internet connection.
The department has Wi-Fi connection that aids students for their class room
activities. All the classrooms, the student’ activity rooms, staff-rooms and the
auditorium are facilitated with high speed internet connections.
Library

All the students at DoMS have access to the department Library which

comprises around 10,000 books specifically on management studies. Further, all

students have access to the Central Library of the University. The Central Library is a
knowledge hub with books over a variety of genres like management, mathematics,
computer, criminology, psychology, literature, religion, politics, other sciences etc.

The Central Library is open 365 days a year and is located in a separate building.

The library subscribes most of the national and international periodicals and has an
archive of around 5,00,000 books. It also subscribes to around 642 periodicals on a
variety of subjects.
