SYNERGY management CLUB

Synergy Management Club, an association

of students, was founded in August 2016. The

agenda, theme and mission are synonymous to

the word Synergy, reflecting integrity, interactions

and combined efforts of various stakeholders of

DoMS. The members are completely oriented

towards upskilling the students with industry

requirements so as to prepare them for their

professional career.

The club aims to expand their reach and

propagate the brand image of DoMS, UNoM

beyond the students of the University to other

affiliated and non- affiliated colleges through

collaborative managerial development programmes

and to form a network of students from various

institutions that creates a shared learning

environment. The club also aims to offer free

consultancy services to small business units.

Synergy club consists of a diverse group

of people working in a team encouraging

teamwork, innovation and co-ordination to

provide value for within and outside the university.

The members also adapt well to change and

venture into the digital world in the post-pandemic

era in the form of online activities. Dr. Vaneeta

Aggarwal is the faculty co-ordinator of the club.

Activities of the club:

• Synergy league- weekly events aiming to enhance managerial skills

• Siddhikendra- A series of webinars in major functional areas of

management studies

• Synergy Management Meet - includes technical and non- technical events

• CSR Activities at the Seva Chakkara Orphanage where the school

students are helped in their preparation for their final exams.

• DoMS Consultancy- services for small scale businesses

• Online activities including webinars and virtual meet

• Intra Departmental activities such as Women’s day and Fresher’s day
