A speaker is the source or encoder, who emits the message. In Oratory he is the
one who speaks.

4. What is your opinion about a speaker?

Speakers must learn how to deliver their ideas, there have been many cases
where a speaker has been misunderstood and therefore what he or she said
caused a problem.

We as teacher must learn to share ideas so that our students can listen and
understand what we are saying.
