Once all the signatures are received, print the New Policy

               Checklist to ensure all required items have been received

               from  the  customer.  Print  the  checklist  from  Insurance

               Pro by going to Forms and Letter. Once the Sales agent
               has verified all items have been checked off according to

               the  list,  upload  all  application,  pictures,  IDs,  receipt  to

               Insurance  Pro  and  Carrier  website  (referral  company

               guidelines for carrier specific requirements). Sales agent

               should thank the customer for their business and ask for

               referrals at this time and to give google reviews.


               The customer will get an insurance card, Declaration page,

               and AMAX receipt. If SR-22, the Sales agent should print a

               copy  of  the  SR-22  on  pink  paper  and  scan  another  copy

               into Insurance Pro (if applicable). Email the DPS with the

               customer  SR-22  at  driver.improvement@txdps.state.tx.us.
               The agent will file all the paper documents in the customer

               file.  The  agent  will  return  to  Freshworks  and  update  the

               life cycle status to mark the contact as sold.
