A receipt will be generated for the customer to sign. The

               Sales  agent  must  get  the  named  insured  signatures  for

               the  appropriate  sections  of  the  carrier  application  and

               Agency  Fee  Agreement.  If  the  Sales  agent  took  a
               customer  over  the  phone  and  completed  the  policy,

               then  agent  needs  to  use  OneSpan  to  collect  the  signed

               application.
